Using cutting-edge equipment and advanced digital technologies, Sulzer’s new centre will supply repairs, upgrades, retrofits and parts manufacturing for a variety of apparatus together with pumps, steam generators, compressors and expanders whatever the unique equipment producer (OEM).
The 10 500 sq ft engineering facilities have been designed to ship fast and environment friendly workflows incorporating digital and lean rules.
Sulzer has also invested in its parts manufacturing capabilities at Vadodara including new gear corresponding to superior CNC 4-axis turnmill machines, vertical and horizontal balancing machines, in addition to experience in design and supplies engineering and additive manufacturing.
The Vadodara staff has entry to Sulzer’s world engineering capabilities, including Venlo in the Netherlands and Indonesia which have expertise and experience in turbomachinery repairs and upgrades.
Sulzer has been delivering manufacturing and maintenance services in India for more than 30 years.
