A portfolio company of personal equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, as properly as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
