Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, primarily based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of private equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management options for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and management solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to accessories required for installation. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial functions, together with building and shipbuilding.
