US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The company has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, high product strains and adding further service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
