US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all types of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. เกจวัดแรงดัน has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, prime product lines and including extra service capabilities to this area. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five places all through the United States, and more than forty service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
