Sulzer has opened a new state-of-the-art service centre for rotating gear in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Using cutting-edge equipment and advanced digital applied sciences, Sulzer’s new centre will offer repairs, upgrades, retrofits and elements manufacturing for a wide range of apparatus together with pumps, steam turbines, compressors and expanders whatever the unique equipment producer (OEM).
The 10 500 sq ft engineering services have been designed to ship quick and efficient workflows incorporating digital and lean principles.
Sulzer has also invested in its elements manufacturing capabilities at Vadodara including new tools such as superior CNC 4-axis turnmill machines, vertical and horizontal balancing machines, in addition to expertise in design and supplies engineering and additive manufacturing.

Sulzer has been delivering manufacturing and maintenance services in India for greater than 30 years.
