Tencarva Machinery acquires Fischer Process Industries

Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and process tools servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with extra places in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process presents full applications engineering functionality and complete repair and service centres for rotating tools and liquid dealing with tools in every of its areas.
Fischer Process’s existing management group, including president Ken Fischer, will stay with the corporate.
