Atlas Copco has agreed to amass the German industrial pump producer Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH from non-public fairness agency Silverfleet Capital.

Headquartered in Wangen in the Allgäu region of Germany, Pumpenfabrik Wangen specialises in progressive cavity pumps used mainly in the biogas and wastewater sectors, and twin-screw pumps for food and beverage and cosmetics applications.
เกจวัดแรงดันแก๊สlpg has manufacturing facilities in Germany, a US subsidiary and a global gross sales and repair footprint. The firm employs 265 individuals and had 2020 revenues of roughly €46.4 million.
“Industrial pumps is a segment that we now have identified as a strategic match for Atlas Copco and Wangen Pumpen has leading differentiated know-how with a powerful aftermarket enterprise,” said Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique enterprise area. “Wangen Pumpen is a powerful brand and is thought for high quality in demanding industrial purposes. This acquisition will create a strong foundation for additional growth in new industrial pump segments.”
The acquired business will turn into part of the Power and Flow division inside Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area.
