Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

เพรสเชอร์เกจ of personal equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and control solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for set up. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are used in residential, municipal and industrial functions, including building and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product traces are for domestic and residential wastewater wants whereas the Kappa line is a sequence of development pumps for abrasive supplies.
Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will proceed to function working chief and business and administrative chief, respectively. The Dreno title will continue and its manufacturing facility will remain within the Veneto area of Italy.
