US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, prime product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five areas all through the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
