Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and course of tools servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with further locations in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process provides full functions engineering functionality and complete repair and repair centres for rotating equipment and liquid dealing with tools in every of its locations.
Fischer Process’s existing administration group, including president Ken Fischer, will remain with the company.
